How do I book my free stay once my card is full?
Once your punch card is full, bring it to the welcome center or call us at (985) 277-1059. Inform our staff that you wish to redeem your free weekend, and we will help you book your stay. The free nights cannot be redeemed when booking online, so just reach out to our welcome center staff once your card is complete and we will get you taken care of.
How do I get my card punched when I arrive?
Just show your card to the front desk during check-in to get your punch. We will confirm that the name on your card matches the name on record as the reservation holder, and you’ll be all set. One visit to Fireside equals one punch (we do not factor in how many nights are booked per stay).
Rewards Card Rules
- Free two nights valid on standard RV campsite for a non-holiday date.
- Card punches are only given for guests with overnight reservations. Daily Fun Pass users can pick up a free card for future use, but are not eligible to receive a punch.
- Punches will only be rewarded when the name on the card matches that of the reservation holder in our booking system. Reservation sharing will not be counted.
- Once card is fully punched, call or stop by the welcome center to inform our staff that you have a completed rewards card and book your free nights.
- When checking in for your free stay, you must present your punched card, where we will confirm your punch history in our system and exchange your completed card for a new one.
